Position Overview:

Imperial, LLC is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data in various systems with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our business records and supporting overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company systems and databases.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions.

  • Retrieve and review source documents to resolve data inconsistencies.

  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet daily/weekly productivity targets.

  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify data inconsistencies.

  • Assist in generating basic reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good communication and time management skills.
